Access to property and grounds for photos, ceremony, and champagne toast The happy couple and seating for up to twenty-five (25) guests Officiant to preside over ceremony & notarize marriage certificate, included Ocean setting, with floral enhancement Complimentary champagne for a wedding toast with guests (Up to one case of champagne included) (Additional bottles of champagne available at an extra charge of $25.00 per bottle)

Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking The balance is due 30 days prior to the day of the wedding Cancellations made outside of 60 days are refundable, minus a 10% cancellation fee Cancellations made within 60 days forfeit the deposit Please contact the front desk if booking 2 weeks within wedding date
